Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you may request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

  • The defect must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Photos or videos of the defect may be required for verification.

Change of Mind / Product Not Liked

If you change your mind or are not satisfied with the product for personal reasons, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • The original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration caused by the customer.
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Requests submitted outside the applicable return period.

Exchanges
